Lead sources
Facebook and Instagram, Google Ads, website forms (Wix, WordPress), Shopify, and Make, Zapier or any system with a webhook.
In Leads, on the Settings tab, under Where leads come from:
- Facebook and Instagram: Connect with Facebook and pick your Pages. If Facebook blocks access: in the Page's settings → Leads Access → CRM, give Woizer access. If the connection isn't open yet, you can send Facebook leads through Make meanwhile.
- Google Ads: in the lead form choose Lead delivery → Webhook, paste the Webhook URL and the Key, and click Send test data there.
- Website forms: only forms with a phone number are sent, and never passwords, cards or ID numbers.
- Wix: needs the Woizer app, and Site forms on.
- WordPress: needs the Woizer plugin (version 1.2 or later), and Site forms on. Contact Form 7, WPForms, Elementor and Gravity Forms are supported.
- Shopify: a Shopify Flow action called "Call lead with Woizer".
- Make, Zapier and any other system: a webhook URL that takes JSON with a name and a phone number. New URL replaces it, and the old one stops working at once.
Once connected, send a test lead and check it shows in Leads.
