Clients
Everyone who called and what they asked for, a card per client, notes the assistant uses, and blocking a number.
Clients lists everyone who called the assistant, and what they asked for. Website visitors aren't saved as clients. The groups: new, returning, regulars and blocked.
The client card
- Phone, name, email and address, and tags.
- Account manager: a team member who gets this client's calls and tasks.
- Notes for the assistant: the assistant follows them on the client's next call, and never reads them aloud.
- Your notes: only you see these.
- Upcoming appointments and the call history.
Blocking and deleting
- Block this number: a call from the number ends after one short sentence, without the assistant and without using minutes.
- Delete client: deletes the client, their history, transcripts and recordings. It can't be undone.
Clients you haven't heard from in a long time are deleted by themselves, as set in Recording and privacy.
Weren't happy: clients who answered "How was it?" unhappily (Reminders and reviews).
