Reports shows, for today or the last 7, 30 or 90 days:
- How calls ended: an order, a booking, an answer, a message, a transfer to you and more. Tapping a row opens those calls in Calls.
- What they asked about: the topics that come up again and again.
- When they reached you: the busy days and hours (from 7 days up).
Using it: many unanswered questions on one topic? Add the answer in Knowledge. Many calls outside your hours? Check your business hours.
