Connections: calendar, CRM and your site
Google Calendar and Outlook for appointments, HubSpot and Salesforce to recognise callers and log calls. One connection for all your assistants.
In Integrations:
- Calendars: Google Calendar and Outlook (Outlook.com and Microsoft 365), to check when you're free and book on calls (Appointments and calendar). An Outlook work account may need your IT admin's approval.
- CRM: HubSpot and Salesforce, to recognise callers and log calls and contacts. In Salesforce the assistant acts with the permissions of whoever signed in.
- Website and store: Shopify, Wix and WordPress, for a website assistant built on one of them (Installing the assistant on your website).
How to connect: Connect (for sites: Install), continue to the service's site, approve and come back. One connection serves every assistant in the account.
No connection is needed to send messages: SMS, WhatsApp and email go out through Woizer. WhatsApp messages come from Woizer's number. Connecting the business's own WhatsApp number isn't possible yet.
