Capabilities: orders, forms, appointments and stays
What the assistant does on calls beyond answering. A capability that's on shows in the menu.
In Settings, under Capabilities, you turn on what the assistant does on phone calls beyond answering:
- Orders: the assistant takes orders by phone and sends them to you. See Orders and forms.
- Forms: the assistant fills in an enquiry form with the caller and sends it to you. See Orders and forms.
- Appointments: the assistant books appointments in your calendar, on Pro and up. See Appointments and calendar.
- Stay requests: the assistant takes requests to book your lodging units, and you approve each one. See Stay requests and occupancy.
Orders, forms and appointments have Turn on while off and Settings while on. Stay requests is a switch, and it stays on while you have active units. A capability that's on shows in the menu.
Stays and appointments share one menu slot: while stay requests are on, Occupancy shows instead of Appointments.
