Forwarding calls from your line
Customers keep calling your usual number and the calls reach the assistant. Dial a code once from that line's phone.
- In Go live, on the Phone card, the codes are under Forward your business line. Once calls are coming in, they're under Call forwarding codes.
- Dial the turn-on code once from the line's phone. On Android you can tap Forward with one tap. On an iPhone, tap Copy the turn-on code and dial it.
- Check: call your usual number from another phone and make sure the assistant answers.
The code forwards every call from the line to the assistant. To undo it, the same place has a turn-off code.
Good to know:
- The codes differ with some carriers and countries. Landlines are set up with your provider.
- Want calls to ring you first? In Business hours choose When you don't answer or Outside hours, and give a number there other than the line you forwarded, for example your mobile.
